[/b][/color] - (Claw Attack) Inuyasha's first and most basic attack. He channels his demonic energy through his claws and slashes the opponent. Strong enough to cut minor demons in half.
Blades of Blood - (Claw Attack) Inuyasha tends to use this attack after an enemy has injured him enough to draw blood. He hurls blood, laced with his demonic energy, at the opponent with his claws; slashing them from a distance.
Tessaiga - This legendary sword was forged from his father's fang and, after it was bitten in two during a fight with Goshinki, it was reforged by Totosai with one of Inuyasha's fangs.
The sword has been known to vibrate during times of need; offering silent advice to Inuyasha or Sesshomaru. Tessaiga can absorb special abilities and powers from others under certain circumstances; i.e. if it cuts a sword in half or if Tessaiga feels Inuyasha is mature enough to wield the power it seeks.
When he's not using it's special abilities Inuyasha will use Tessaiaga like any other sword, whiich is strong enough to cut through steel or chop down trees. Tessaiga's sheath can easily contain the demonic powers of the sword as well as offer a barrier of protection to Inuyasha against mild to moderate attacks.
Wind Scar - Inuyasha's most basic special technique with the Tessaiaga. It is a golden wave of destructive force that is capable of killing up to 100 demons at once.
At first Inuyasha had to seek out the 'scar' that was the divide between his youkai energy and that of his foes, but, as he evolved as a warrior and as a person, he was soon able to cast the Wind Scar by will alone.
Can be combined with Kagome's Sacred Arrows for even more damage.
Backlash Wave - Gained while battling against the demon, Ryūkotsusei. Inuyasha combines his foes projectile attack with that of his Wind Scar and sends it back at them, in the form of several small twisters, with 100x the original force. Is often used as a finishing move against 'boss' demons and can be combined with Kagome's Sacred Arrows to form the ultimate attack.
Barrier Breaker/Red Tessaiga - Gained after a fight with the bat-demon, Taigokumaru. Tessaiga turns a crimson red and has the ability to shatter all but the strongest youkai barriers. It's ineffective against sacred/spiritual barriers.
Adamant Barrage - Gained when Inuyasha fought to protect his friends from Naraku, while Housenki was present. Tessaiga gains a crystal-like coating and fires a flurry of diamond-hard shards that can pierce some of the strongest barriers and armor.
Dragon-scaled Tessaiga – Gained after defeating the maker/wielder of the Demon Blade, Datsuki. Tessaiga gains a scaly coating and is able to absorb, and hold, an indefinite amount of youkai energy from demons it cuts.
When Inuyahsa is wielding it he can see the demonic vortexes of demons. If he cuts them he can cause them considerable harm or even kill them. He can cut his own vortex to increase it's size and power, trapping the souls of wandering spirits and freeing himself from the effects of the Meidou Zangetsuha.
Meidou Zangetsuha/Black Tessaiga– Gained after a fierce battle against Sesshomaru. Sesshomaru's Tenseiga was the previous wielder of the technique but, in his last fight with his Younger Brother, he forcefully broke Tenseiga against Tessaiga; allowing Inuyash's sword to absorb that attack from his and fulfilling the wishes of their late Father.
The Tessaiga turns into a blade as black as the depths of space. When wielded by Inuyasha it shoots crescent-shaped waves of dark energy at his foe, that send anything it touches into the depths of the underworld. He can also slash the air around him and thus create a path for himself or others into the underword; which he does to rescue Kagome after she is sent there by a Naraku trap. A Meidou can be canceled by another Meidou.

Inuyasha snorted.
"No time for history lessons? Thank the lords for that! As for getting attention..."
Inuyasha lept in the air at a forest near the castle that, thanks to his dog-like nose, he knew was housing a good handful of demons. His claws shone with a gold light as he raised his hand and performed one of his trademark moves.
"Iron Reaver Soul Stealer!"
Swinging his hand he shot out several razor-sharp arcs of light that reduced the forest and the demons within, some crying out to the various lords, to bloody ribbons. He hit the ground, did a backflip, and landed on his feet next to Inutaisho again.
